Pittsburgh Public Schools
The District acquired the former St. Basil’s parochial building. The 1950’s vintage, 33,000 SF structure had been vacant for a number of years and was in a state of disrepair. Quad3 was assigned the task of providing space planning and full architectural and engineering services to convert the structure. The design provided new administration offices, gymnasium, library, computer labs, special purpose classrooms including art, science, music and special education.
Quad3 has an open-end contract with the District and has upgrade/replaced air handling systems, fire alarm & security systems, network extension, replaced boilers, sound systems and lighting.
