Quad3 was responsible for the development of the pipeline alignment sheets (plan and profile) and the preparation of plans / applications to acquire all necessary permits needed to complete construction of the gas line installation. In addition, Quad3 provided construction stakeout and right-of-way services.
Quad3 also secured twenty (20) Highway Occupancy Permits from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
