The 74,000 SF of elegant living space is incorporated in a two-story enclosed central Main Street that includes a large dining room, a cocktail lounge and cafe, a pharmacy, an activity area, game room, and a hairdressing spa. The Main Street and many of the private residences have connecting views to two large open courtyards. All courtyards are enclosed within a six-foot fence for their privacy and security.

There are numerous layouts for living spaces including shared, private and deluxe accommodations. All units include their own kitchenettes and private baths, and all units are ADA accessible.  Some include high-ceiling dormers with large windows.

On the first floor, one wing is entirely dedicated to specialized memory care. This Memory Care wing includes its own private courtyard with a simple perimeter walking path that always leads back to the beginning.  The Memory Care wing has extra-wide corridors and living rooms flanking a shared dining room that overlooks the bright natural light from the courtyard.

There is an Adult Day Care center with its own separate entrance, kitchen, bathing, restrooms and living room area. This space includes an electric fireplace as do many of the other shared living and lounge spaces throughout the facility…a nice feature during Pennsylvania’s cold winter seasons.
