Dean’s Suite / Board Room

Quad3 provided interior design, MEP and audio visual coordination services for Carnegie Mellon University’s Hamburg Hall Dean’s Suite in Pittsburgh, PA.  This included extensive renovations to the existing suite where the flow and function were not deemed inviting or useful.  Plan modifications included the existing reception area, dry kitchenette, board room and state of the art audio visual design & coordination. Renovations incorporated new finishes throughout the entire suite including the Dean’s office along with two additional private offices.  The objective was to create a fully functional space which is modern and embraces a more inviting space for visitors through natural lighting and seamless casework.  After successful space planning and concept development, Quad3 was able to tailor the suite with a design that utilized its full capacity of space, function and modernism.
