Quad3 was tasked with analyzing the space, creating utilization options, demolition and construction drawings, obtain local approval and have employees at their new workstations within 4 ½ months. The space planning included an analysis of the call center, IT department, human resources department, training rooms, facilities department and the reception/security desk.
