Schuylkill Elementary

The school design reflects components of the local Chester County “farmhouse style”. The design of this sophisticated educational facility includes technology, media center, green building concepts, community utilization as well as the more traditional school functions.

State-of-the-art telecommunication and video systems were designed into the school, including full data, voice, and intercom systems. The video system allows for retrieval of electronic media from the main media center and can be accessed and displayed on any classroom video monitor.

The total cost of the project was approximately $19,000,000 and change orders amounted to less than 1%.
