Quad3 was retained by Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania to design the demolition of an 8,300 SF three-story (including basement) building and design a parking lot layout per the City of Wilkes-Barre Ordinances for the renovation of an existing parking lot. read more
Parking Lot Design/Building Demolition
Quad3 surveyed the existing site conditions and designed a 70-stall paved parking lot, complete with concrete sidewalks, granite and concrete curbing, parking bumpers, decorative/security fencing, privacy wall, an electrical plan, landscape design, parking meter installation, and traffic control security treadles.
Our scope of work included along with design, securing approval from the City of Wilkes-Barre Zoning Hearing Board, preparing a cost analysis, preparing construction documents, and bidding assistance.
