Levee Pipe Penetration Services

Quad3 identified each outfall sewer, utility pipe and conduit (gas, water, sanitary, communications and storm) contained within and under the earthen embankments of the WVFPS. An inspection was then performed on the Flood Protection Authority’s facilities. LCFPA pipes and structures were identified, cleaned, televised and reports were produced. The reports document facility conditions and includes: pipe videos, still photos, inspection logs, overall mapping, list of defect codes and an updated levee pipe penetration database with a written report that summarizes the inspection results.

Quad3 also coordinated with individual / 3rd party owner / operator of facilities penetrating the levee to provide the Luzerne County Flood Protection Authority inspection reports of their facilities.
