16” Gas Transmission Main, UGI Penn Natural Gas

Taylor/Moosic/Scranton/Dunmore/Throop, PA

The project involves the construction of approximately 70,000 LF of methane gas transmission main running between Taylor Borough and the Throop Borough, Lackawanna County.
Quad3 secured five Highway Occupancy Permits from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, an Erosion and Sediment Pollution Control Plan from the Lackawanna County Conservation District and five General Permits for Utility Stream Crossings and an Erosion and Sediment Control General Permit for disturbance associated with oil and gas transmission facilities from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
