The project reclaims over 60 acres of previously mine-scarred land and includes site and infrastructure development to support over 280,000 SF of commercial and retail space.
Quad3’s construction survey services included stake-out for mass excavation and fine grading of building pads, parking areas, and internal roadways. Utility line layout and pre- and post-construction topographic surveys to verify earthwork quantities for the contractor’s applications for payment were performed.
Quad3 project representative services included coordination of material deliveries, subcontractors, oversight of contractor’s work force and representing the contractor during job progress meetings.
