Quad3 Group was retained to evaluate and design a 52-acre site situated in Moosic, Pennsylvania, for the development of a large retail / life style center.

Quad3 Group’s scope of services included: the development of a conceptual site plan; design of 10,000 LF of internal circulation roads; grading of the site which required 692,000 CY of rock excavation; stormwater management control including 10,500 LF of storm sewer; 3,050 LF of sanitary sewer; 6,300 LF of water main; and 6,300 LF of gas main. Quad3 was also responsible for preparing an ALTA/ACSM Survey.
