Holly Brooke Farm Master Plan

Butler Township, PA

Quad3 Group was retained to evaluate the development potential of 240-acres of land situated in Butler Township, Pennsylvania. The acreage is owned by the estate of the renowned actor, Jack Palance. The recommended alternative development plan resulted in a mixed-use residential development, including 91 single-family lots, 265 townhouse units, 99 condominiums, over four miles of roadways, public water and wastewater systems. Our scope of work included multiple development concepts, construction cost estimates and marketing documents.
