Bridge Replacement Fairground Road

Dallas Township, Dallas, PA

Rural Dallas Township experienced considerable damage to local roads and bridges during a flood event. Quad3 designed the replacement structure for an existing single span, steel beam, open deck bridge – 35’-0” span. Quad3 applied for and secured the necessary project funding through the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency and Federal Emergency Management Agency.

Services included detailed topographic survey, including stream channel cross sections, hydraulic and hydrologic analysis, roadway approach, embankment and site grading and drainage, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls. A County Conservation District approval and a GP-11 permit from PADEP were also secured.
