Nesbitt Park Boat Launch

County of Luzerne, Kingston, PA

The County of Luzerne was awarded grants from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission to reconstruct a boat launch with amenities to provide anglers better access to the Susquehanna River. The project included a new concrete boat launch, a kayak/canoe launch, and parking facilities.
We prepared an Erosion and Sediment Pollution Control Plan and acquired a Joint Permit for Water Obstruction and Encroachment from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
