Water Street Extension

Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County, PA

The project involved the extension of Water Street to Courtright Avenue to provide a continuous roadway from Reichard Street to North River Street. Approximately 560’ of new paved roadway was constructed, including granite curbs and storm sewers. Additionally, a paved parking lot with 37 parking spaces, including storm sewers was constructed along side Water Street.
