Dallas Area Municipal Authority required funding assistance to secure permits and prepare construction documents for the rehabilitation of the stream embankment along Toby’s Creek. The existing embankment was severely eroded by flooding. Quad3 proposed the design of a cast-in-place concrete retaining wall to prevent the re-occurrence of such erosion.
Our firm was responsible for providing an initial assessment and assisting the owner in preparing applications for funding through PEMA. Additionally, our office provided the topographic and boundary survey.
