For more than 20 years, Quad3 has been specializing in compliance, due diligence, permitting, risk management and remediation services for utilities, private industry, government agencies, the public sector, and healthcare. Our team members possess multidisciplinary talents and skills in the areas of environmental engineering, environmental sciences, industrial hygiene, site assessment and characteristics, air contamination, lead and asbestos investigation and abatement, Phase I and Phase II assessments and remedial action plans.

Lead Based Paint Inspection & Testing

County of Lackawanna, Scranton, PA

The County of Lackawanna required lead based paint testing to be in compliance with Title 24 of the Code of Federal Regulations of the Dept of Housing & Urban Development. Quad3 Group will assist the County with lead based paint inspections and testing using the latest available technology – X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) analysis performed by a certified lead inspector.
