This 3-story former school had been utilized as a multi-purpose office / fine arts facility. Planned renovations are to create multi-family / senior citizens apartments.
Quad3 performed a lead based paint inspection using XRF testing procedures, Phase 1 Environmental Assessment and AHERA Asbestos inspection. We prepared reports for the lead based paint, an identified asbestos materials report, and Phase 1.
