GET AROUND
Air Quality Control, Laughlin Hall Demolition
Chestnut Hill Hospital Campus, Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia, PA
Laughlin Hall, constructed in 1926, was attached to the hospital’s primary structure. Our environmental staff provided continual monitoring of the project in order to assist the hospital with maintenance of their infection control plan. The hospital’s fresh air intake for their operating suite and intensive care unit HVAC system were located on the roof of the primary building adjacent to our demolition project. Intense air monitoring was required to insure no patients were at risk of infection due to the project. Quad3 also performed lead and asbestos abatement throughout the building.
