Asbestos Abatement

Quad3 was retained to develop hazardous materials abatement specifications for eight (8) buildings at the Lincoln University Campus. The Campus population is approximately 2,500 students.
The scope of work included site assessment, abatement plans and construction administration for pipe covering, flooring, ceiling treatment, roofing and wall covering. The abated areas were then be re-insulated or re-tiled as necessary. Contracts were coordinated with the University to minimize disruption to any educational process. Testing was completed as required. Tests included verifying hazardous materials, including asbestos and lead paint.
