Luzerne County Parking Facility

Wilkes-Barre, PA

The six-story pre-cast concrete structure is a ramped, double-threaded helix with cross-overs every other floor. An eight-story precast, glass and brick elevator / stair tower rises at the southwest corner. The parking structure is designed to allow for the addition of two more floors.
