This three-story facility is the largest project undertaken by the Wilkes-Barre Downtown Redevelopment Authority. The facade is brick veneer, precast concrete, ground face concrete masonry units, aluminum curtain wall and window systems, along with formed metal panel inserts. The main entrance incorporates building features from the past along side technologies of today.
