Quad3 was responsible for the development of 18 miles of methane gas transmission main alignment sheets (plan and profile) and the preparation of applications to acquire all necessary permits needed to complete construction of the gas line installation including construction stakeout and right-of-way services. read more
16” Gas Transmission Main
Quad3 secured seven (7) Highway Occupancy Permits (HOP), both limited and free access, from the PA Department of Transportation. Prepared an Erosion and Sediment Pollution Control Plan in compliance with the Lackawanna County Conservation District. Obtained from the PA Department of Environmental Protection thirteen (13) General Permits for Utility Stream Crossings and an Erosion and Sediment Control General Permit for disturbance associated with oil and gas transmission facilities.
